Peer review

Articles and materials submitted for publication are required to attend the procedure for review and are published only after receiving a positive review of the article.

As a basic method of peer review the Editorial Board uses single-blind review (the author does not know the reviewer). In some cases, the Editorial Board can use dual review (the author does not know the reviewer; the reviewer does not know the author).

Reviewers may make members of the Editorial Board, and the staff of educational and scientific institutions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, having sufficient expertise in the relevant scientific field, have a degree and have authority in the scientific community.

The Editorial Board undertakes to search for reviewers and organizing the review process.

By decision of the editorial board of the manuscript is accepted, rejected or returned to the author for revision. Authors are obliged to take into account comments from reviewer and make appropriate corrections in the article. According to the reviewer can be rejected or modified by the decision of the Editorial Board.

In the presence of the negative reviews of the manuscript from two different referees article is rejected without review by other reviewers (including members of the editorial board).

In case of rejection of article editorial board retains one copy and sends the material to the author of a reasoned refusal.

Reviews stored as amended, copies of which are available upon request to the authors of manuscripts or the relevant expert council of VAK of the Russian Federation.

Reviews stored as amended during 5 years, copies of which are available upon request to the authors of manuscripts or the relevant expert council of VAK of the Russian Federation.

The maximum period of review is one month.
